The equipment is cleaned after each individual use.
In the future, we are looking to offer the service of transporting people before/after the float. We also plan on offering guided tours. For now, to encourage social distancing, we are not offering this service.
There is a probability you'll get wet. A swimsuit is always a good idea, but active clothes that are fit for the current temperature will do. We'd also recommend shoes/sandals that you can get wet and wear in the water.
Do not bring anything that you do not want to get wet or lost. Other than that, bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and depending on the duration of the trip, a snack. Whatever you bring on the water, ensure you take off the water, including trash, bottles, cans, etc. Let's be good stewards of our land and water.
While we do not offer refunds, we allow you to schedule another time to go.
Yes. We will have the document for you to sign when you get the equipment. This needs to be done before equipment is exchanged.
