We are Samantha and Andy Taets. We reside and work in Osage, Iowa. We believe nature helps the mind, body and soul (hence the Rx) and we want to help connect people with the unexplored Cedar River in Mitchell County. Let us help you do both!

Nature as Medicine
You may be asking what's with the name? Well, many studies show the benefits of being in nature including better mood, better sleep, decreased risk of cardiovascular problems, just to name a few. We can help people get a healthy dose of nature; we want people to be their best selves and this is one way we can help.
The Help
Meet our three sons: Fynn, Porter and Wells. We try to include our boys in as many outdoor activities as possible and want our children to explore nature and enjoy being outside. You may see them "helping" us out from time to time.
